Not accessible by car, Daufuskie is somewhat isolated, adding to the island’s inherent charm. The exquisitely pink, three-story Seaside Flamingo is set like a jewel on this Lowcountry sea island. It features four bedrooms—two of which are master bedrooms—four bathrooms, a large deck, and an outdoor shower. The interior is light and comfortable with coastal-themed decor to evoke a quintessential, relaxed beach feel. The living and dining areas are generous, with ample seating between sofas and loveseats to a dining table that accommodates eight. A small kitchen table sits off to the side for casual meals or card games, and the kitchen offers a breakfast bar for two.

The primary master bedroom awaits upstairs with a private patio that overlooks golf course greens as well as a lake and the ocean. This room, as well as the second master bedroom, don a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, and there are two twin-size murphy beds available if needed.

Seaside Flamingo serves as the perfect jumping-off point for a day trip to Hilton Head or Savannah. Yet, there is still plenty to do on this quaint island, like electric bike rentals, golf cart rides, sunset and dolphin cruises, and horseback riding along the shoreline.
