Description

Rehoboth Beach Serenity by the Sea

This six-bedroom, five-bathroom luxury beach house is located in the secluded, upscale neighborhood of Henlopen Acres, which has private beach access.

Enter through the charming double front doors and chic entryway and stumble upon numerous cozy living and entertainment spaces. The living room offers a spacious wrap-around sofa and high-top bar-like seating. Around the corner is a beautiful sunroom where you can escape into your favorite book, and adjacent to the sunroom is a posh den waiting for you and your friends to gather.

The spacious gourmet kitchen and dining room, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, seats the whole clan for family meals. Create a feast in the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor grill, and gather on the lovely private wooded patio that seats 12.

This spacious beach house has six bedrooms featuring two bedroom suites (with three queen beds each) for large groups. The extra four bedrooms provide a private refuge for adults, including three bedrooms on the first floor for easy access. Two rooms include king-sized beds, while two others have queen-sized beds. The "girls suite" features three queen-sized beds and the "boys suite" also contains three queen-sized beds. There are plenty of sleeping options!

Beach chairs, an outdoor shower, and two beach umbrellas are available for use. Take bikes on the newly opened Henlopen State Park bike trail to Lewes, or take the bikes on the Lewes ferry and explore Cape May. Nearby tennis courts are also available for those sporting enthusiasts. Enjoy a walk to downtown Rehoboth's upscale shopping and restaurants, or treat the kids to a night of boardwalk fun, with rides and games for all ages. Henlopen Acres has its own private beach and security monitored neighborhood. Off-street parking at the house for ten cars makes it easy for families to come and go as they please (2 parking passes included for Henlopen Acres).

Gather the whole extended family together for a week of beach fun!
