This unique home is located in a picturesque private canyon in the heart of Park City. The modern four-bedroom, four-bathroom historic home has recently been completely remodeled and sits on three acres of private land, which has a creek-fed pond and backs up to a mountain canyon. It's not unusual to have moose, deer, elk, and other beautiful wildlife in the yard. The stunning mountain views will take your breath away!

The main floor has an expansive, cozy family room and an open dining area. After a long day on the slopes, curl up with a cup of hot cocoa in front of the gas fireplace or unwind on the massive back deck that offers picturesque views. Bring out your inner chef in the newly remodeled kitchen with all of the essentials you need to create a feast, granite countertops, and an eat-in island for five.

Downstairs you will find the first primary suite with a king bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a luxurious steam shower. Also on this level is a private home office with stunning canyon views. Upstairs houses the second main suite with a king-sized bed, jetted tub, a large walk-in closet, and canyon views. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. They share the additional upstairs bathroom.

The house is minutes away from the Park City Municipal Golf Course and only five minutes from historic Park City Main Street with great shopping, tasty restaurants, and fun nightlife.
