October 2024Conveniently Situated Condo Needs Attention to Details
This was not our first stay in a residential home exchange unit (they have differences from resort type units). It had fabulous city and sunset views and proximity to all the things to see in the greater Salt Lake area. However, certain expectations fell short: no written directions on the home’s operating details, no in unit washer/dryer, and issues regarding parking. There was also limited refrigerator and freezer space as this was a shared space with the owner. Everything worked out well and we had a great time on our visit but these matters were a bit disconcerting. ”

August 2024Great Location
The condo is in a fantastic location that is very convenient to downtown, The University of Utah, museums, and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is genteel and attractive. There is secured garage parking. The Host is very responsive. ”

May 2024Amazing views!
What an amazing location! The heights of this property allow for perfect views of downtown Salt Lake including the Capitol! There’s plenty of things to enjoy near by and great cafes for coffee and breakfast. The house was clean and a very spacious kitchen! Very happy with our stay at this property! ”
