Charming Caribbean Beachfront Paradise

This charming four-bedroom, four-bathroom beachfront villa with a rooftop bedroom overlooking The Caribbean awaits you. Steps from the beach, spend the day snorkeling and kayaking and then unwind in the romantic surroundings by the pool. Get lost in your favorite book while napping in a hammock under the pristine palm trees.

The shady beachside patio is fully furnished, and the outdoor grilling area is tucked between coconut palms for your cookouts under the stars. The house's main living space has a cozy wrap-around couch and a large coffee table surrounded by several chairs. Across from the living room is a dining area that seats six. Behind it is a raised breakfast counter that separates the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen.

With three air-conditioned bedrooms and an air-conditioned living room, this beach villa is comfortable any time of year. There is a fourth bedroom in a separate guest house when you need a little more space.

On the second level are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two queens. Both have eclectic, colorful private bathrooms and access to a furnished upper-level terrace that overlooks the beach.

Up a flight of stairs is the rooftop bedroom suite, very private and has a terrific panoramic view. This suite has a king-sized bed, a sitting area, an ocean view, and a jungle-side private terrace from which you can admire the sunset.

The swimming pool is on the beachside of the house and has a shaded patio with a dining table and chairs and a wooden deck with chaise lounges and other furnishings. A little closer to the beach is a built-in grill.

There are chaise lounges, two palapas for shade, umbrellas, sea kayaks, and general bliss on Soliman Bay for beachside comforts.

BEDDING DETAILS - Bedding is changed mid-week and towels are replenished.

Main house – 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms in the main house. Two king-size beds, two queen beds, and one double futon sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Garden/street side studio apartment – 1 queen bed. Kitchenette with 2-burner stovetop, dining table, private bathroom. Sleeps 2. This unit is above the caretaker's quarters.

STAFF
There are full-time Caretakers on-site to help with your needs during your stay. The husband and wife team will make the beds, do light cleaning in the house daily, and take care of the grounds.
