Villa Paloma Blanca is a mesmerizing 11,000 square foot residence nestled in the gated resort community of Real del Mar with a stand-out location overlooking Banderas Bay. Surrounded by golden sand beaches, this lavish Real Del Mar Villa in Riviera Nayarit is flanked by Puerto Vallarta to the east and Punta Mita to the west, which translates to endless entertainment and attractions. Surf in nearby Sayulita or embark on a deep-sea fishing excursion, then zipline through the treetops or horseback ride on the beach before exploring the many authentic dining options available.

Beauty abounds every corner of this dreamy six-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa. Once you pass through its doors, you will retreat to a step-down living room and dining area enveloped by a wall of windows. French doors lead to a nearly 3,000 square foot wraparound terrace accompanied by a stunning cliffside infinity pool and spa where you can spend all day bathing in the sunlight. If you and your travel companions have a hankering for something delicious, the kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances and opens to an outdoor dining space with a large table and a built-in Viking grill.

Villa Paloma Blanca uses Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, and L'Occitane bath amenities to ensure that you are cradled in luxury. Two splendid master suites are situated in their own private annex of the villa, each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets the size of a normal bedroom. Four additional guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms are distributed between the main and lower levels, three of them spanning the oceanfront. A dedicated bonus room is currently configured for at-home spa treatments or massages.

The villa includes a traditional Mexican breakfast (groceries not included) and light housekeeping throughout your stay. At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily and are available 24/7 at time of your stay in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

Guests will have full access to Real Del Mar resort amenities, including:
