Sierra State of Mind

Sierra State of Mind is a modern and sleek South Lake Tahoe vacation home. This rental is perfect for friends and family as it can accommodate up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home is surrounded by lush pine trees creating a true cabin experience but fret not, a quick car ride will take you into town, the lake, and casinos. Vacationers will have access to the 2-car garage and 2-car driveway.

Upon entering and taking a few steps upstairs, guests will enter into a bright open floor plan. The living room is furnished with an oversized sectional couch placed in front of a gorgeous stone fireplace and mounted TV. WIFI is also provided for your entertainment.

Sleek stainless steel appliances and granite countertops create a pristine environment for a chef to prepare mouthwatering dishes. 4 guests are encouraged to keep the chef company by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. In addition to this dining space is the formal dining table with seating for 8. When your meals are hot and ready to serve, call everyone over to take a seat.

Slide through the nearby glass doors to reach the balcony if you are in need of some fresh air. Both the balcony and lower deck look out into a thick forest of pine trees. Or take a soak in the hot tub after a long drive up the mountains.

Downstairs is a game room where you and your loved ones can bond over some friendly competition. There is an arcade game, foosball table, lounge area, and flat-screen TV. A laundry room with a washer and dryer are nestled away, perfect for any longer visits.

The luxurious master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV, and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is spa-worthy with a soaker bathtub, walk-in rainfall shower, and dual sinks. The first, second, and third guest bedrooms both hold Queen-size beds. The last guest bedroom is ideal for housing any children as it has two sets of Twin-size bunk beds. Three guest bathrooms are available for guests to share.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. There is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Noise and conversations are not recorded.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

During the winter, the driveway can get icy and is at an angle so please remember to pack snow chains accordingly.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.
