Welcome to Puzzle Beach House, located on the beautiful south coast of Sri Lanka. This modern and contemporary villa has stunning panoramic views of the azure Indian Ocean. Air-conditioned and ready for your arrival, Puzzle Beach House will take you to paradise.

Puzzle Beach House is tastefully decorated in a rich Mediterranean feel by designer Sabrina Rennie. The ambiance is warm, zen-like, with a distinctly friendly atmosphere. The villa is staffed with a cook/ house help and night watchman.

The home's exterior is hidden behind gates for privacy and extra safety. As you pull into the driveway, you will be charmed by the swaying palm trees and hues of white, dark wood, and pops of blue. The landscaped entrance over a lotus pond is complete with the home's resident Koi fish 'Bill & Ben' and complements a 150-year-old Jaffna antique entrance doors. The gorgeous doors open onto a lobby area featuring a signature peacock antique piece.

Inside, the first-floor open floor plan is delightful, with high ceilings and bright walls. The kitchen is modern and gourmet with captivating tiles, open blue cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and heaps of counter space for your every culinary desire. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining space, where the large table will make the perfect place for your loved ones to gather and enjoy a meal together. Open the doors to experience the ultimate indoor/outdoor living. You may be tempted to dive into one of the two refreshing swimming pools (children and adults).

The outdoor living space is a tropical dream with lounge options, a fire pit, and a BBQ to grill fresh seafood. Relax with a book on one of the daybeds under one of the many coconut trees, utilize the entertainment space after a long day on the white sand beach, or roast marshmallows as the night ends around the fire with the fireflies as they dance happily around you. As you relish your time under the sun with the ocean breeze, you will be overwhelmed with gratitude as you look out at the seascape beyond. Head to the beach to swim, surf, fish, or suntan.

Inside, there are three bedrooms with unique designs that are comfortable and accommodating. The pleasant air conditioning and soothing sounds of the ocean will drift you to sleep no matter what room you choose. The two master bedrooms have very cozy King-sized beds, ocean views, and a fully integrated bathroom, which the owners call the "Sun-Moon bathroom due to its hybrid nature. You can enjoy your rain shower surrounded by lush tropical plants any time of day. Both bedrooms also have dressing areas, two basins, and a large "Hollywood style" mirror that will excite the ladies. Ample built-in cupboards allow you to store your clothes during your stay.

A third bedroom is a hybrid family room/ kids sleeping area with one single bed and ample sofa sleeping on the built-in sectional. This third bedroom has a stairwell, access to a separate bathroom on the main level, and a large TV.

There is an additional changing room, drying room, washing machine, dryer, linen cupboard on the main floor, and a bathroom with a shower.

There is a Golf Course within 5 minutes located on the picturesque Koggala Lake and a gym at the nearby 5-star Fortress Hotel. Galle and the Fort is only a short drive from Puzzle Beach House. A casual 5-minute beach stroll from the villa, there are several sophisticated beachfront dining options as well as local fare. There is a turtle hatchery (which kids love) within a few minutes' walk along the beach. Our prime beach location is also a favorite place for turtles to lay their eggs. You can even donate small money and release baby turtles into the ocean.

*Please note:

-Extreme care should be taken when swimming in the ocean as strong currents exist. There is a safe swimming beach 12 minutes walk down the beach.

-Continental breakfast is included in your stay. This includes Coffee or the excellent Sri Lankan Tea, A juice of the day, Sri Lankan Traditional Wood-fired toast, jams, butter, and two eggs cooked any way you like (poached, pan-fried, scrambled, or boiled).

-The owners offer some spectacular set-fee meals, including mouthwatering lobster and crab dishes; If you are interested upon booking, please ask ahead.
