The home's main (second) floor living area features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The open concept kitchen gives way to the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table for six with two seats at the breakfast bar and two additional seats at a side table. The living room has an oversized club chair, a comfortable sectional sofa, and a large 70" Smart TV with surround sound.

Just off the living area a large game room features a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a foosball table, and a full-size shuffleboard table. The grand en suite bathroom features dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and a bidet.

On the ground (first) floor, just off the main entry, you will find the enclosed garage area with a private, fully air-conditioned guest room with a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, in the garage area is a ping-pong table, an indoor beach shower, and access to the backyard that features a private and spacious outdoor hot water shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or for a long evening shower under the stars.
