The layout of the home offers a comfortable yet private flow between each room. Each room accentuates the great outdoors with hues that mimic the desert palette. The family room is gorgeous with a stone feature wall with a fireplace and flat-screen television. The built-ins surrounding it are well decorated and create a homey ambiance for all who enter. The comfortable sectional will provide the perfect place for all to gather at the night's end to watch a movie or recount the day. A private elevator also allows for easy access to each floor. Accessible from the lower level two-car garage, you can easily transport your groceries and luggage into the home.

The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with seating for six. The glorious views from the windows will call you out onto the balcony with a natural gas grill, dining table, smart television, firepit, and lounge area. There is a new misting system, which lowers the temperature on the patio by about 30 degrees on a hot day.

Back inside, bedroom separation makes the home ideal for couples, a guys' or girls' trip, or families with children. The upstairs has a landing that offers a desk, printer, and a patio with a comfy egg chair. The second floor offers a bedroom with two twin beds and solar shades that make sleeping easy. An ideal private bathroom offers a new frameless stand-up shower. The master suite is also located on the second floor with blackout shades, a seating area, a king-size bed, a private patio, and an en suite with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

There is a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and an additional basement bedroom with a murphy bed and elevator access for extra guests.

The Golf Villas at Troon North are gated and have a community pool and hot tub. As part of the Troon North homeowners association, you have tennis courts and other recreational amenities approximately a mile and a half down the street.
