Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Kitesurfing, and any other imaginable water sport is just a walk down your own private dock. Peaceful and quiet, on over an acre of land with an excellent spot for campfires out back, this is a true Florida paradise.

This vacation paradise sits on the ICW, so you can watch the boat traffic zip by. Take your favorite beverage to the dock and enjoy the sunrise, moonrise, or the many rocket launches and recoveries from NASA. The property is only a quick jaunt down 520 to get to Orlando/Disney/Sea World.

After a long day at the beach, unwind in the heated pool, or gather around the fire pit and roast S'mores. Inside there are two living rooms where you can mingle and watch a game. The chef of your group will love the newly-renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with an eat-in bar for three.

Feast around the dining room table, or take your meal outdoors and entertain under the covered patio and the massive table that comfortably seats ten.

Escape for the night to one of six bedrooms plus a loft bedroom. All bedrooms are upstairs except for one bedroom with a private entrance and two queen beds on the first floor off of the garage.

The caretaker will be reachable 24/7 via phone and will occasionally be on the property next door.

Note that the Loft Bedroom is up a narrow set of 'ladder stairs,' and the first-floor bedroom with the two queen beds has its own separate entrance off the garage.
