This four-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled home is tucked away in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of Ponderosa Trails. Sit on the deck and enjoy the breeze looking at mature ponderosa pine trees and stunning views of Mt Humphrys. Only a 15-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff and a five-minute walk to hiking trails in Coconino National Forest.

The downstairs has multiple areas for relaxing after a day of exploring. Kick back your feet and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the two comfortable oversized couches, 75-inch Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen has new GE stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, ample dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, cookware, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and toaster. Create memories at the large dining room table and open the French doors to a cozy deck.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed with USB lamps and a Smart TV. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, tub, and dual vanities.

There are two additional guest bedrooms upstairs with two dresser drawers; one features a king-size bed with USB outlets, and the other room has a queen bed. The bunk bedroom has a twin over twin over two dresser drawers and a twin over full over trundle. The second full-sized bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity is located on the 2nd floor just across from the bedrooms.

The downstairs has an office/bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper, a walk-in closet, and Smart TV located next to a half bathroom when you need additional sleeping space. There is a desk to allow flexibility while working remotely.

Located in the high country mountains of northern Arizona, Flagstaff is not the Arizona experience you may expect. At 7,000 feet elevation, temperatures rarely exceed 90 degrees in the summer. Fall brings a brilliant change of color, winter snowfall averages 108 inches, and spring bursts with blossoms. This allows for an abundance of outdoor activities year-round!
