- The trek out to the waterfall is an experience in itself as you will have to walk along a series of small and winding pathways through the forest, but the scenery more than makes up for the hike.
- If you like hiking then make sure not to leave Tanjung Ringgit off the itinerary, as this is one of the best trekking spots on the island.
- Play a round of golf at the Lombok Golf Kosaido Country Club, a serene 18-hole championship course on Sira bay with gorgeous views of Mount Rinjani.

- Visit Semeti Beach which is famous for is stunning volcanic formations and is covered in volcanic rocks which over time have been carved up by the waves making a series of small pools, bays, and inlets, as well as some pretty blow holes.
- Go to Gili Meno, the smallest of Islands which is well loved by families looking for a relaxing beach setting.
- Join a traditional weaving workshop in Sukarare Village and learn exactly how traditional pieces are made.
- Anyone who wants to learn more about traditional Sasak culture should take a trip to Beleq Village which is one of Lombok’s many indigenous local villages and has fascinating history.
- Take a trip to Gunng Tunak National Park - a great place to come in Lombok if you want to get some fantastic views of the local scenery and take in the beauty of the island.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa was beautiful. Had everything we needed. The Private gym was fantastic pool table, spa bat and. Beds were so comfortable. Stunning views, the Staff were lovely and really helpful and the amenities were top quality. The beach nearby was beautiful and the whole trip was one to remember. . September 2023Amazing Outlook
The staff at Selong Selo were absolutely amazing, the resort dining & service was exceptional. We were however a little disappointed in the Villa as the quality of the fittings did not to match the 5 star outlook. The toilets weren’t working correctly and when we notified staff they informed us the property was in the middle of renovations. Another thing to be mindful of is the monkeys as you can’t leave your doors open as they will come inside! Don’t let this stop you visiting Selong Selo as I’m sure the renovations will be top class. There are also some new 2 bedroom villas available thru Thirdhome that looked amazing. ”

Our family had a wonderful visit to this beautifully designed modernist glass box home with incredible views and fabulous private pool - as if that wasn’t enough its on site 5 star resort services ( restaurant, room service, gym, bar, shuttle buses, local tours) made it perfect with friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location in the hills yet moments from the beach. The perfect luxurious get away and would definitely return. ”
