The area is a Mexican paradise very good attention apparently there are only opening hours any request by watsupp. He is taken care of, we have to wait for his response time. The amenities are varies. But there isn't much difference. Thirdhome needs to be clearer in quotas. Great Week

Loved the Villas Akumal, nice small resort, with kids pool and regular pool, nice beach and generally laid back vibe. Beach is underwater is rocky but swimable, they have kayaks to use for free. Staff friendly and responsive. Unit itself is even nicer than the pictures. Unit has second small kitchen living room 3rd bedroom. We played golf 4 times at the PGA RivaMaya across the road, $20 cab ride, best green fee rates through Golfnow app. There is a great local restaurant jungle fish, walked 15 minutes to small town for other restaurants and took cab back, Turtle Bay Bakery and Cafe great ice cream, restaurant food, US owners. Did one half day excursion to underground caves Cenote Sac Actun, great swimming experience used local taxi, Raul WhatsApp +529841326954 (former guide great English). Booked a day trip through Lizbeth at hotel to Tulum and Coba pyramids. Used the grocery service from hotel to good effect. Large water jugs provided in unit. Give yourself extra time for return trip to airport if during day as construction added 1 hour traffic delay.”
