When you are not enjoying the river and natural swimming holes, you can sit on the porch with your coffee or a good book and listen to the birds and watch the sunrises and sunsets.

The main floor features a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and plenty of seating. The floorplan is open, allowing everyone to move about freely between the living room and well-appointed kitchen and dining room with stainless steel appliances and gourmet updates.

Head down to the great media room, where you can enjoy the entertaining space to its fullest. It is ideal for all ages with a game/ movie room with a bar, a 70” TV, a gaming table, and darts.

Graciously accommodating 18, there are five comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms for great convenience.

Outside, you can explore the wilderness, swim in the rivers and swimming holes, and get as close as you can to all the native plants and animals. Concan is a quaint community located in the scenic Uvalde County centered around the Frio River, offering plenty of exciting things to do while remaining away from the hustle and bustle of city living. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains and hills, you will feel at home in the charming escape.

Guests of Casa de Joy enjoy all the benefits of being a Neal’s Guest! This cabin is located about 2 miles from Neal’s Lodges famous swimming hole, the Neal’s Dining Room, Hank’s Fishing Tank, and the nightly dances at Joe Jimmy’s.
