As you enter the home, you will be pleased by the open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The formal dining room provides a nice place to dine with seating for eight. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar or outside under the covered patio. The large family room has plenty of seating on the leather sectional so your whole crew can gather to watch a movie and enjoy great conversation. A second seating area is ideal for the adults to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the morning.

The private patio is a work of art. Soak up the sunshine in one of the poolside loungers or jump in the pool for a refreshing break. Perfect for entertaining all ages, the kids can have a ping pong tournament while the adults sit at the resort-style tiki bar with a BBQ. With a wine cooler, mini-fridge, and bar seating, everyone will surely enjoy the fun feature. Dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for ten on the lanai.

Back inside, there is a game room with a top-notch arcade. The room features Miami Heat basketball, skeeball, a Fast and the Furious Super Bikes 2 Racer, Deadstorm Pirates, dual Batman racers, and air hockey for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Upstairs is a Golden Tee Live, Shuffleboard, Pac-Man, a professional poker table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV to keep up on all the latest shows, movies, and sports games.

Graciously accommodating 14, there are three master suites to choose from and three additional bedrooms. The master suites each have a king-sized bed, the first being located on the ground floor for convenience and features an ensuite with a double shower. The five other bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and the third master ensuite has a shower and separate garden tub with golf course views. There is a third bedroom with a king-sized bed and two kids' bunk rooms with fun themes they are sure to adore. The superhero-themed bedroom has 2x double/double bunks, while the Super Mario-themed bedroom has a Nintendo Switch and a double/double bunk. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower.
