This space is sure to be a favorite amongst your loved ones. A door on the opposite side of the patio leads to a bonus room with a large sectional and workout equipment. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is available within the detached area.

The backyard is a vision with a huge pool, hot tub, tanning step, and plenty of lounge seating to soak in all the California rays. When night falls and the temperatures drop, turn on the fire pit and gather around for stargazing.
