Description

English Country Los Feliz Estate

With dual views of downtown and the Griffith Park Observatory, this residence is a stunning and stately work-of-art in one of the hippest neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Take a dip in the private pool or rest on one of the lounge chairs before heading over to the grand outdoor living space with a kitchen, fireplace, and dining table. Tasteful and high-end furnishings throughout the home and plenty of natural light create a welcoming ambiance for all who enter.

The impressive curb appeal continues into the interior as you enter into the gorgeous entryway through the massive wood doors. Head past the stairs and into the well-appointed living room, where there is a fireplace, piano, and desk for those wanting some privacy while working from home. If you prefer even more solitude, take your work or book into the library. The wood bookshelves warm the room, allowing you to lose track of time reading a bestselling novel. There is an additional office space with a fireplace and lounge seating. The room can be used as a playroom for the little ones in addition to a smaller area that boasts a small table and chair set and shelves with games and crafts.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas stove. Break bread in the spacious dining room with room for ten to gather in the plush navy chairs.

Outside, additional lounging options are on the deck shaded beautifully by 200-foot tall old-growth trees. The kids can get out their energy on the inground trampoline while the adults take refuge in the serene hot tub.

When you are ready to rest your head for the night, make your way to one of the five suites. The master bedroom is generously sized with a fireplace, king-size bed, and a spa-like bathroom. The additional guest bedrooms are just as inviting and well decorated to suit your needs.

The ideal location makes it a breeze to coast around Los Angeles and all the surrounding cities. All the classic LA attractions are within a 30-minute drive from home. Spend the day in Malibu surfing the waves or fine dining next to the great Pacific, or head inward toward Pasadena to or down to Anaheim for a day at Disneyland.

Your time spent in Los Angeles at this lovely estate will leave you wanting to book a trip back in no time.

Amazing Home & Five Star Host!

We had the most amazing stay at this Los Feliz Estate! The home was spectacular- from the numerous living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, classic charm, and stunning views, this property has it all. Above all, the host was more than accommodating and generous. Todd provided excellent local recommendations and was so gracious in every communication. We are beyond thankful for our week here and highly recommend it to others.”

From the moment we pulled into the Driveway - this home took our breath away. Built in 1927 and artfully restored, this house is loaded with charm, class, and character. The spacious rooms high quality designer furniture, artwork, and other appointments were thoughtful & comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic & the location is close to many significant Los Angeles attractions. There were only 4 of us staying in the house but we hosted 2 family dinners for our relatives who live close by, and everyone loved it. The gardens, lawn & outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining. The chefs kitchen is well equipped & the owners were helpful & available when we had questions. We throughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you! ”

Wonderful time in Los Feliz

I grew up in So Cal and moved to Nor Cal when I was 19 and never looked back. Staying at this house made me think about moving back for the first time in my life! The house is so special, so much character, amazing pool with built in trampoline, plenty of grass for my boys to pepper a volleyball, great art, steam shower, Japanese fancy toilet, etc etc. Right next door to Griffith Park hiking, the observatory etc. Walking distance to great restaurants. The best of the outdoors and city life. Todd the owner was very communicative and so helpful with recommendations, and a very nice person. Highly recommend.”
