Additional Fees

$125 a day for heating the pool to a maximum of 87 degrees. The inpool spa is heated without this additional charge-this is for the large pool only to be heated.

For approved Pet stays, there is an additional $275 deep cleaning fee.

NOTE: guests do not have access to the garage. The driveway holds 4 vehicles and street parking is free.

Perfect Stay in Palm Springs

We wanted to "test drive" a mid century home in Palm Springs to see if we wanted to rent/own a property for future use. We could not have chosen a more perfect home. When entering, I was amazed to see a home so pristine! I don't think I have every been in a home this clean and well maintained, both. inside and out. Manicured lawn, pool, outdoor furniture. Beautiful, perfectly furnished with period but comfortable furniture. Great beds, baths. Kitchen supplied for cooking anything and in quantity. Host Jamie, completely responsive. Trying to book for next year!”

The Perfect Escape!

The Monroe Hideaway is a perfect retreat. We booked the week to work and recharge. It's well appointed, very spacious and in particular, the rooms are spread out for privacy. While the inside of the house is lovely, it is the yard that steals the show. The citrus was incredible - like a still life painting and so nutritious and delicious. The pool, outdoor areas and private patios allow a group or couples or friends to have some quiet times enjoying the sunshine. Lastly - it's very close to many great dining and shopping options. I would stay there again whenever it's available.”
