This two-bedroom condo in Villa La Estancia is a true slice of heaven. Every Villa is a privately owned condominium, furnished lavishly with all the amenities you would find in the comforts of home. This home sleeps six comfortably, with a King Bed in the first Master bedroom while the second Master bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both rooms have access to the amazing ocean view from the balcony. A third full bathroom off the Kitchen/Family room makes this space very comfortable.

Villa La Estancia 1308 comes with a 3–4-hour cruise to Santa Maria Bay or Chileno Bay for a refreshing dip in the Sea of Cortez. We love delivering the most memorable on-sea experiences to our guests with this experience included in your week’s rental only thru THIRDHOME. If you want to troll for fish on the way, just let your captain know! A picture at Land's End is always a must!

Includes a Capitan and Crew and all the fun amenities like snorkel gear, lily pad floater, and fishing gear if you so desire, fuel, and all the excitement you can handle in one afternoon. Gratuity not included. (Recommended gratuity for Capitan and Crew is $35-$45 USD per hour.)
