Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and NASA, you will have plenty of entertainment options that will excite the whole family. This home is located in a beautiful, kid- and pet-friendly community.

As you enter the home, you will be impressed by the abundance of natural light in the family room. The cozy sectional, gorgeous stone fireplace and large flat screen TV make it great for a place to gather. Sign in to your favorite streaming services, and you can watch a great movie of your choice in no time.

The spacious dining table accommodates six, while a high-top kitchen table for four adds additional seating. The gourmet kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. Smaller kitchen appliances include a coffee pot, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, microwave, and plenty of kitchen utensils.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 55” Smart TV, a sitting area, and a large en suite with a tub, stand-up shower, and makeup vanity. Bedroom number two has a queen-size bed and a Smart TV, while the third bedroom has two twins over full bunk beds and a Smart TV. A Pack and Play is available for those traveling with small children.

Outside, you will notice the backyard is large and includes plenty of grassy areas for the kids or dogs to run and play. The private pool is ideal for hot summer days, and the BBQ grill provides great outdoor entertainment. You and your loved ones will have a blast spending your days in the sun!
