Entire Private Island + Lux Lakehouse w/ hot tubs

Make your escape to paradise worthwhile here on your own private island in New Brunswick, Canada. You will have nine acres of rugged wild nature to explore and still come home to the luxurious modern amenities of first-class living. You can fish, canoe, kayak, and boat all day if you would like!

No boat is needed to access the island; you can get to the island via private access through the gated causeway. The Lakehouse has six bedrooms, over 4,500 square feet of living for up to 12 guests, water views from every window, a three-length boat dock, a large deck space, a private beach, a fire pit, a brand new Muskoka model hot tub, and more. The tallest tree on the island is also home to a couple of bald eagles, so don't forget to look up!

A newly upgraded kitchen is waiting for the group's chef to whip up something extraordinary. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully automatic coffee, espresso, and latte/cappuccino machine. There is a large dining table off the game room and a small dining table off the main living room. A sunroom offers another spot to dine for when the weather isn't holding up, or you wish for a change of scenery.

The living room is the heart of the home and offers a perfect spot for everyone to gather on the leather sectional in front of the fireplace with a cozy blanket and their favorite book.

Relax on the lovely two-level front deck complete with brand new furniture or a BBQ and a dining table on the back deck which includes a hot tub for sunset views. The Sunrise deck may be your favorite spot of the house as it overlooks the lake, has plenty of comfy lounge seating and boasts the second grand hot tub. The fire pit has Muskoka chairs for everyone to gather around on a chilly night and recount the day's adventures.

When you just want to hang out indoors or catch a rainy day, there are four flat-screen TVs with Netflix and Disney+ and an impressive game room with an antique pool table, chess, checkers, and a dart board. A half bath sits off the game room. The Eagles' Nest Bar is custom built from recycled pallets and fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is high-speed wifi for those working from home; head into the library for some quiet time before rejoining the group for the next ride out into the cool waters.

Head down to Rocky Beach, the best point to admire the sky and listen to the waves. Here you can spend your early mornings meditating or expressing gratitude for what has yet to come. There is exceptional fishing in the waters, so if you'd like to throw out a line, the beach is a great place to start.

When you are ready to retire for the night, there are six bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms include:

The Owner's Suite with a queen-sized bed (sleeps two), a free-standing tub of its own, and expansive views of the great outdoors.
The Rustic Suite - Sleeps two.
The Captain's Room - Sleeps two.
The Fishing Room - Sleeps two.
The Summer Suite - Sleeps two with incredible lake views and seating.
The Twin Room - Sleeps two with two twin beds.

Shared between the Owner's Suite and the Fishing Room is the second-floor bathroom which boasts a jet tub and all the relaxation essentials. Feel free to decompress in a bubble bath, looking up at the stars. The first floor's main bathroom has a refreshing walk-in shower and double vanities.
