This completely remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home allows you to dock your boat at the back porch and head out to ski or fish at first light without packing up the car! After a long day on the water, escape to one of three bedrooms for the night. The primary room includes a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed plus a double bed.

A newer dock on the property gives you access to the lake. You can wake up and be on the water in minutes most of the year. Fishing right outside your back porch can be good for Bass, Catfish, Carp and anything else swimming around!

Kayaks are available for your use as well as lifejackets (med/large) and paddles.

Clearlake is a popular destination for those looking for water sports (i.e., kayaking, waterskiing, swimming, jet skiing, and paddle boarding) minus the crowds. Fishing is also another popular activity, the “Bass Capital” of the west, most of the catch is largemouth bass along with crappie, bluegill, swordfish, carp and catfish.

Besides watersports, Clearlake and Lake County generally re-emerging as a wine-tasting hotspot with rolling vineyards growing some of the most luscious grapes of cabernet and chardonnay. Unlike Napa, wine tasting here is a much more relaxed affair and affordable, making it one of the underrated gems of California wine country.
