Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, "A Dream Come True."
We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (constructed '08), spacious (2200 sq ft), and all bedrooms have new carpeting.

The home is just the second house up from Ocean Blvd, with beach access directly across the street. Head seven blocks south, and you will reach the Pier with restaurants, shopping, and more.

The home features 9' ceilings, four bedrooms, each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, and pots/pans. The main living area has a soda/love seat combo and a 52" LCD TV.

When you want to lounge outside, a private pool with a six-foot privacy fence is in the back. When you are ready to feast, make use of the ground-level picnic table and barbecue area.

There are two master bedrooms, one on the first floor and a second master bedroom on the second floor. A bunk bedroom (2 bunk beds) and a bedroom with two full beds is also on the second floor. Each bedroom comes with a 32" LCD TV. The home also has a washer and dryer with separate AC units on each floor.
