Villa Barbarossa is a lovely beachfront property of 7 en suite bedrooms right on the golden sandy beach of Ftelia, with an unobstructed sea view. It is gracefully situated at the hillside of the bay, sheltered by the wind, while the beach is only a minute's walk away, thanks to the direct beach access path that the property offers.
The villa praises traditional architecture, incorporating a mixture of stone and concrete, and is tastefully decorated with warm colors. At the same time, it invites guests to unwind in the multiple lounge areas and the BBQ/dining area of the expansive terrace and gives the opportunity to the most athletic ones to remain active at the outdoor gym area, while gazing at the crystal-clear Aegean waters.
The exterior comprises an outdoor lounge and a dining area, a pool with a direct sea view, parking space for several cars, and a pathway that leads straight to the water, offering direct beach access. The interior is divided into two levels and combines tasteful decor with traditional architecture. The upper level includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and three en suite bedrooms, out of which one is the master. Laundry and children's playroom are also found on this level. Two spacious suites are situated on the lower level, overlooking Ftelia Bay, with a shared balcony.
Ftelia Mykonos is a beautiful turquoise water beach on the north part, particularly famous among the windsurfers since it is caressed by the Meltemi north Cycladic wind that creates the ideal conditions for this sport. Even if you are not a windsurfing lover, you will enjoy the special feeling this beach gives. The road descending to the beach is paved with asphalt up to a certain point, then there is a short walking distance within the sand. Within a few steps, you will come across a very peaceful and uncrowded beach, which is somewhat surprising because it is quite accessible.
Among the most famous Greek islands, Mykonos is located central to the Cyclades complex. Globally known for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, exciting nightlife, picturesque Cycladic architecture, and magnificent beaches, Mykonos is a must for all ages and tastes. Walk along the narrow streets of Chora, enjoy one of the most colorful sunsets from Little Venice and swim in the turquoise waters of the south. Windmills are an additional unique touch to the aesthetic of this mythical island and a fantastic sight when lit during the night.
Each island in the Aegean has its own identity of unique wild beauty and rich cultural heritage. Some of these pristine islands are, for the most part, unexplored, such as Chios, Lesvos, Samos, and Thasos, while others display a very vibrant day and nightlife and are where the heart of tourism beats, such as cosmopolitan Mykonos, Santorini with the most mesmerizing sunset, Rhodes with the biggest square in Europe and the Achillion palace of princess Sissy, and Paros and Ios with their whitewashed alleys and welcoming turquoise beaches.
Being among the top 20 tourist destinations worldwide, Greece is synonymous with three things: history and ancient civilization, amazing landscapes, and top touristic destinations. Greece is so wealthy in culture and beauty that it never seems to be completely explored. Holidays in Greece are the ultimate experience all year round. It offers a tremendous pallet of experiences; the warm sun, the crystal clear beaches, the dramatic nature, the rich culture, and the renowned hospitality along with the unique culinary experience of the Mediterranean diet.
