The property is within easy walking distance to all the best of old Antibes: restaurants, museums, beaches, shopping, and the provincial market.

The third-floor apartment is spacious and has been renovated beautifully. The living room offers high ceilings, modern furnishings, and a 50-inch TV with Orange cable TV access. The console table is filled with games to play on rainy days or nights in after a long day of exploring. You and your loved ones can gather at the wood dining table to play a game or eat a lovely home-cooked meal. The kitchen features brand new appliances, a large prep counter, and our favorite small appliances, including a drip coffee maker, french press, Nespresso, and tea kettle.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the three well-appointed bedrooms. The main suite boasts a queen bed, closet unit, and a bathroom with a shower and sink. The second guest room is just as welcoming as the first and offers another queen bed, closet unit, and a desk and bookshelves. The third bedroom is unique and features a single trundle bed that converts to a queen bed or two single beds. A shared bathroom features a sink, water closet, and shower with two showerheads. An additional half bath has another toilet and a convenient washer and dryer.

Ideally located just three short blocks to art galleries, a coffee shop, fine dining, cafes, a wine bar, shops, a judo study, and a yoga studio, you are sure to find all the most wonderful and locally loved things to do nearby. If you are looking to sight-see, museums are nearby, and beautiful coastal escapes to plan a day trip to are not far from Antibes.

Rare Three Bedroom in Old Antibes

The host and property manager were both quick to respond to our questions, both before and during our rental period. Not only was the property beautifully renovated, it was most comfortable in every room and the kitchen had more than the necessary appliances/utensils/dishes. Having a washer/dryer was most appreciated as well and they do have a drying rack which we used overnight so dry many of our clothes. Location, location, location - it was superb! The 3 flights of stairs were not a problem for any of us and we welcomed the exercise as walking through the flat city was a breeze. Grocery stores were close, restaurants were everywhere, the flat was on a quiet street with no cars or trucks. Early morning walks to the patisserie and boulangerie were a delight in this old city. There is so much to see that we had no time to finish everything and look forward to a return trip to Antibes.”
