The Maison is at the heart of Islamorada with its own 350 feet of private beach and a 150’ pier out over the water. This exclusive, gated resort complex is on the Atlantic side of Matecumbe Key. It is home to white sand beaches, clear waters and warm weather.

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo has been newly completed and fully furnished with brand new, high end features. Our outdoor terrace overlooks the pool with spectacular ocean views and comes equipped with fireplace and grill. You will find it easy to relax in our new, upscale furnishings while you enjoy the ocean breeze. 

When you decide to venture out, The Maison is located conveniently near various restaurants and activities. You can easily walk, or take advantage of our beach cruisers to get you around town. Our home comes with stand up paddle boards, kayaks, beach cruisers and snorkel gear available for rent. 

This is the ideal destination for scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing from our private dock or just relaxing by the pool.

Islamorada is the perfect place to enjoy the waters of the Florida Keys!

Miami International Airport is an 85 minute drive. 

Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a 2 hour drive.

*The is no dockage at The Maison dock other than pick up and drop off. There are several marinas nearby that offer boat rentals or slips.
