Description

The city of Venice is known for its many world-renowned works of art as well as its architecture. It is famous for its numerous black gondolas that glide along the 178 canals that connect this beautiful medieval city.

The immense beauty and historical importance make this Italian city one of the most sought-after tourist destinations. Its beautiful streets and canals and impressive architecture, such as the Rialto Bridge, the Doge's Palace or the Basilica of St. Mark's, make it a unique and unforgettable destination.

The excellent location of this 1722-square-foot private residence allows visitors to discover all of Venice's most famous sights nearby. The apartment is located in one of Venice's most attractive squares, next to the Querini Stampalia Museum in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, between Saint Mark's Square and Rialto.

Although it is centrally located and within easy walking distance of all the main places to visit within Venice, guests will enjoy this charming property in a quiet and safe location.

On the top floor of the building, the apartment was recently refurbished to a high standard in a modern chic style. There is an "Upstairs" area separated by 8 steps from a "Downstairs" area with a spiral staircase to a large upper terrace with views over the rooftops towards San Zaccaria. There is also a little terrace at the upstairs end with partial views over Campo Santa Maria Formosa.

The property has plentiful windows, bringing light to its spacious living areas. With four nicely decorated double bedrooms, guests will enjoy a comfortable and quiet space to relax. The layout provides privacy for small groups, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom at the upstairs end of the apartment, plus two bedrooms at the downstairs end, each with an en-suite shower room.

Although the building has an elevator, access is not step free. The entrance to the house from Campo Santa Maria Formosa is over a small foot bridge with steps and the entrance to the elevator is on a mezzanine up some steps from the hallway.

As the apartment is on the top floor with internal steps and a spiral staircase to the upper terrace, it is unsuitable for unsupervised younger children.

Modern oasis in an ancient city.

This recently renovated 4 bedroom apartment must be one of the nicest in all of Venice. Gorgeous finishes, well outfitted, meticulously cared for. House care and City navigation notes were excellent. The host, Peter, ensured that our stay was trouble free. This is a great place in a convenient, central location. ”

Great stay

Well-located near San Marco. Very comfortable. Much more attractive space in person than in TH photos. Common space entry is not well lit, so watch your step! ”
