September 2024Lake Toxaway Mountain top luxury
Such a special place! Wood burning fireplaces inside and on the screen porch made for a perfect Fall mountain getaway. Beautiful views and classic lodge style furnishings add to the ambiance of spectacular mountain top experience. Appreciated and enjoyed the upgrade to the amenities of the Lake Toxaway Club and Greystone Inn. We'll be back for sure. ”

June 2024Beautiful Mountain Home
We loved this beautiful mountain home and waking up to the most stunning panoramic sunrise every morning . The pictures don’t do it justice. With three levels, is very expensive and would be easy for two families to spread out across. It is located a 25 minute drive to Cashiers, which is where we typically went once a day. (Slab Town Pizza, The Farmer’s Market, Buck’s Coffee, Whiteside Brewery, Village Green playground, and Cornucopia for lunch were our favorites.) Brevard is a similar distance and we also spent a day there as well (the downtown area is adorable, with a massive award winning toy store and plenty of good options for dining/a drink.) There are a lot of great local hikes, as well. Because this is a home associated with Greystone Inn, check in is at the hotel and you get a welcome packet with a lot of recommendations for things to do, and you have access to the concierge if you have any questions. We ate at the Greystone restaurant, which was really nice - they have a delicious cheeseboard. We had a baby with us so we could not take advantage of the wooden boat tour (age restriction) but Miss Lucy leaves nightly for an hour cruise at 5:00, I believe. In addition, The home is located next to Lake Toxaway Country Club. For additional fees, you can use their amenities. The pool is beautiful. Our four and five-year-olds enjoyed foosball and ping-pong table, our baby, most enjoyed the baby-friendly splash pad type pool entry, where she could crawl around in the water. We ended most nights with s’mores at a campfire! There is a fireplace on the screened in porch, as well as in the living room. We loved visiting during the summer months, but also think it would be Stunning to see leaves in the fall.”

March 2024Beautiful views!
We had a wonderful stay at "Tucked Inn", a beautiful home in the NC mountains. Being part of the Greystone Inn provided access to their concierge service, which was a very nice touch. We had easy access to numerous hiking trails and a short drive to Cashiers/Highlands and Asheville for day trips. The home was very comfortable and had beautiful mountain views. Our favorite spot was in front of the fireplace on the screened in porch.”
