December 2025Perfect Stay
Our stay at Villa La Estancia, unit 1301 was excellent. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, check in was easy, and the location of the resort is perfect – just far enough away from the heart of Medano Beach to avoid some of the more aggressive vendors, but close enough to walk along the beach into town (10 minute walk). The grounds of the hotel were extremely well kept, and we found the pool area to be quiet and relaxing, with a laid-back group of mostly families. We spent most of our time in the roped off beach lounge area, where we always felt like our belongings were safe, as the lifeguard/hotel security have a clear visual over the entire area. The room itself was perfect, with excellent views, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping our place clean and stocked with fresh towels and bedding. The concierge staff were all extremely helpful – but honorable mention to Jonathan, who was a standout employee at the resort and made us feel at home throughout the stay. All in all, you can’t go wrong staying here. You have the proximity to Medano Beach to access all of the bars, restaurants, and amenities of that area without being trapped in the heart of the crazy party scene that exists there. Having access to the swimmable ocean, while being just far away from Medano to escape the madness makes this the perfect location for a getaway, and the resort itself leaves nothing to be desired. Highly recommend Villa La Estancia Unit 1301 to anyone visiting Los Cabos. ”
