The ideal location with space and amenities for our New York City stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfectly located next to Lincoln Center with all its possible events and concerts. With the subway station steps away, we could easily go anywhere in the city quickly. Walking distance to Central Park, the Upper West Side and Times Square was key to exploring all those had to offer. Wonderful restaurants everywhere. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. Perfect location

We loved the location of this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the space was perfect for an extended visit to NYC to see my daughter. There is a small market right next door to stock the frig with breakfast, etc. Central Park was a short walk one way, and the Riverfront park the opposite way. I hope to stay again for my next visit to NYC. Cynthia was very helpful too!!”

We had a lovely stay in this 1-bedroom condo walking distance to many attractions including a block from Lincoln Center and a few from Central Park. Staff was very cordial and attentive. Owner was very responsive and helpful with sight and restaurant recommendations. ”

My wife and I stayed there five nights, they are run it just like a hotel fresh towels every day linens upon request housekeeping, service, generous kitchen if you decide to prepare anything in your apartment apartment great staff overall highly recommended! We think this place is exceptional. The location (right next to Lincoln Center and the Subway), the building/staff/housekeeping, and the host were all amazing. This is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment that is fully furnished. We could go on, but if you are looking to stay in NYC this is the place. ”

Phenomenal Location

We had a great week enjoying NYC. This condo allowed us to walk to many destinations easily and use the Lincoln Square subway for longer distances. We appreciated the convenience of having a laundry room on each floor, a kitchen, daily cleaning services, and a concierge for questions as needed. The only recommendation is to upgrade the sleeper sofa, which I believe they are in the process of doing. Overall, we really enjoyed this fantastic location and hope to visit again. ”

Awesome Location and great staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cynthia`s Phillips Club residence. The location is amazing for walking and the subway is 2 minutes away. Grocery store next door plus a stocked Kitchen makes cooking in easy if you like. Laundry available across the hall for free is a great amenity. The bed is comfortable and the space functioned well for the 2 of us. Everything worked easily and the front desk and cleaning staff were very nice. We would definitely hope to stay here again. Cynthia was an amazing host from the time we booked right through to the end. After the stay was complete she even emailed and asked if we had any recommendations to aid in making her guests have an even better stay.”

Peid-a-Terre in NYC Upper West Side

This condo is well located and in a well maintained building. A few blocks to Central Park and the Upper west side hip vibe area on Amsterdam and Columbus. Hotel like service daily. Kitchen has all the basic implements and dishes. Coffee is supplied. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, plus extra eager to help with any need. We were there for Columbia Graduation so it was a perfect find for us. Many thanks to the owners for accommodating our timing. ”

Wonderful spot in the heart of the City!

We so enjoyed staying at "Calm Oasis" in New York City. The Phillips Club was in a great location, right near one of the main subway lines where we could go anywhere and do Everything! The apartment was just right, very comfortable and clean, and felt like our "home away from home". The staff at the Phillips Club were always helpful, with suggestions for dinner, and directions. Incredible week in NYC!

The Phillips Club is in a great location and so easy to get around the city from. The rooms are spacious with everything that you need. They are pet friendly and so my French Bulldog was able to join on the trip. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a vibrant week in NYC!”
