Recently remodeled in 2021, this brightly colored canal-front home was designed with fun in mind! You will be conveniently close to fishing and bird watching opportunities and within a few miles of scenic downtown Rockport, Port Aransas, excellent restaurants, grocery stores, coastal shops, festivals, art events, bait shops, sporting and hunting suppliers, and more.

Each lucky guest will fall in love with the Polynesian motifs, coastal decor, and palm frond accents in no time. The freshly painted interiors, newly tiled bathrooms, new wood floors, comfortable furniture (including five spacious living room recliners), lots of windows, and beach decor inside and out make this a truly special escape.

Enter the house via either the steps on the right side or a left side ramp, through the single Yellow door on the right side, walk into the kitchen to the pretty sunset mural accented by Tiki masks, with custom-built bamboo and cedar details. This is a perfect selfie spot in front of JD's Palm Tiki sunset mural! The open kitchen features a characterful bamboo-Tiki-themed granite breakfast bar, perfect for a casual snack. The chef will appreciate ample counter space, a coffee maker with frother, aqua retro microwave and toaster, a knife block with sharpeners, a blender, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, a bean-grinder, a crockpot, and all the gadgets they need to whip up a feast.

To the right is the dining area for six, and just adjacent is a comfortable seating area with plenty of room on the couch and a streaming-capable flatscreen TV, perfect for the end of the night. But first, grab a frosty beverage and head out to your 75-foot-wide, canal-front deck, complete with a fish-cleaning hut, and watch the world go by.

Back inside, entertainment options include kid’s games, toys, and board games. At bedtime, each of the three bedrooms (king, queen, queen) – including a Jumanji-themed main suite - offers a restful sleep. But not until you get enough time out on that deck.

Dock details: There is a private 75-foot dock with space for a boat and a fish cleaning hut.
