Minimum age requirement for primary guest is 25 years old. THIRDHOME member must be present for check-in and the entirety of the reservation.

Additional Fees
There is an amenity fee of $350 +tax per person weekly to access the amazing Ritz amenities. This must be booked in advance. This is optional for guests and only payable if you'd like to access amenities and on property restaurants. This does not include food and beverage at any of the Ritz restaurants, cafes or bars. If you do want to dine at the Ritz, you can have a deposit pre-paid to the Host member before arriving.

Other than the weather (which was unusually wet for December), we had a perfect stay in Dorodo. The home was beautiful - spacious, well appointed and located close to the pool and fitness center. Lauren was a gracious hostess who helped familiarize us with the house and provided tips about the area and activities. We would definitely stay here again. ”

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the property and its serene surroundings. The location of the property was ideal, situated in a beautiful gated neighborhood that offered an array of fun amenities. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of being close to both adventure activities and the historic charm of Old San Juan. As we stepped into the house, we were immediately struck by its spacious interior and elegant design. However, the true highlight was the expansive backyard. Words cannot do justice to the sheer beauty of the lush greenery and the tranquility it offered. The huge patio area was perfect for lounging, while our three girls had a blast playing on the play set. Throughout our stay, the hosts were exceptional. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. They were always readily available to help us with any questions or provide recommendations on local attractions and dining options. I can't recommend this property enough. My family and I had an unforgettable experience and would love to go back. ”

We had a fantastic week staying in the beautiful Dorado Beach home. The house is large, clean, and well-furnished. The owners were very helpful in arranging access to all the Dorado Beach Resort and Ritz Carlton facilities (beach club, restaurants, golf, spa, fitness) and providing recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Getting around the resort was easy with the included golf carts. We will be back next year!!!”
