This charming home is located in the quaint and coveted NEWLANDS NEIGHBORHOOD of North Boulder, close to North Boulder Park which has a baseball field, playground, a perfect picnic area, and a large park area to play Frisbee. Every Sunday at 4pm you can join in the local volleyball game in the summer, or cross-country ski in the winter.
Close to adventure as well as the beautiful and quaint city of Boulder as well as the vibrant city of Denver. Just blocks away from hiking in the beautiful Dakota Ridge Trailhead and Mt Sanitas. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 4200 square feet of living space, a hot tub, and a gourmet kitchen, you and your crew are sure to be impressed.

When you aren't hiking or biking in the great outdoors, the home is comfy and welcoming to all who enter. Several cozy and comfortable places to lounge and kick up your feet in front of a TV at the end of the day; plenty of books from the library to enjoy; a piano for the musically inclined, which is also a player piano with 50 piano rolls to choose from; three desk areas for those working from home; and a unique dining room that's bathed in natural morning light. The chef of the group is sure to fall in love with the fully equipped kitchen to whip up a Salmon en papillote, or a simple breakfast. A Nespresso machine with luscious coffee choices await the early riser. Take your coffee out on the deck off the kitchen and enjoy the morning birds as the sun rises to greet you. Added bonus, a small kitchen downstairs where another TV/sitting area with a tucked away bedroom which opens to the backyard and hot tub.

Boulder is home to endless outdoor excitement, including Chautauqua Park and Flagstaff Mountain. When you want to enjoy a relaxing night out, head to Pearl Street Mall, a lively street for shopping & restaurants. Denver is a short drive with plenty more exciting options, including live music, sporting events, restaurants, and more. Or take a drive to Estes Park and visit The Stanley Hotel, where the book The Shining was created by Stephen King. You may even experience a ghost floating down the hallway. Then hike in the famous Rocky Mountain National Park home to majestic moose and deer, or listen to the elk bugle, even climb to a waterfall.

There are 2 sets of washer/dryers, one in the master bedroom closet, and the other in the bottom floor. FYI, there are a fair amount of stairs, so you will get lots of exercise.
