Description

Lucky Duck | Plymouth Lake House

Welcome to Plymouth!

This beautiful home is located on the private White Island Pond, which is 324 acres and is only accessible to property owners. The pond has a sandy bottom and is one of the cleanest ponds in Massachusetts known for its incredible fishing.

With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 1200 square feet of living, this home is the perfect place to relax and reset. The open-concept main living space allows you and your loved ones to hang out in the welcoming spaces, which include the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy living room with a pellet stove, TV, and easy porch access. The upper porch has stunning lake views, a dining table, and chairs for lounging.

Head down toward the lake to a deck with plenty of seating, a table and a grill, as well as a beautiful propane fire pit and the private dock, ideal for fishing off of or simply relaxing with a cool beverage under the sun.

Plymouth is known historically for being the landing place for the Mayflower. The town boasts an array of museums and monuments that give you a glimpse into the early days of American civilization and pays homage to the pilgrims that colonized Massachusetts. Plymouth is also near beautiful beaches and recreation of both Plymouth and Cape Cod, and is an hour from cities like Boston and Providence, Rhode Island, perfect for exciting day trips. There is even an express ferry from Plymouth to Provincetown on the tip of Cape Cod.
