House Rules
4WD or AWD is recommended in the winter. The main road leading to the house, as well as the driveway, are both uphill. While they are maintained, they can still be slick and tough to make it up in the winter without 4WD. Please make sure all of your group will have adequate transportation in the winter months. Slick roads can be an issue Oct-Apr at Georgetown Lake depending on the winter that year.

September 2023Gorgeous Montana
The home is lovely with a beautiful view of mountains and Georgetown Lake. If you are a golfer, this is a place for you. Old Works Golf Course in nearby Anaconda will take your breath away with its beauty. Great fishing is also in the area. The home has lots of sleeping space and very nice bathrooms. The owner sent a very detailed welcome letter to inform us exactly what was provided and suggested things we might want to bring. We didn't need anything extra. He was quick to respond to any questions we had.”
