There are 5 bedrooms plus sofa beds in the media room, sitting area, elevated loft and in one of the bedrooms. This facility is a self-contained housing unit with kitchen, dining nook, formal dining room and living room. There are 3 full and 2 half baths. There is an attached elevated deck with patio furniture and grill off the kitchen/breakfast nook. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available to our guests.

The lower level of the structure consists of 4,000 square feet of living space with 4 garage spaces (2 high garage door units with parking for 2 cars each, one behind the other). This does not feel like a typical lower level as it is a walk-out with 12’ high ceilings. It has 4 king bedrooms, two of which have bunk space for 2 and 3 children respectively. There are also two futon beds that can be used for extra sleeping space. This part of the facility is a self-contained housing unit with kitchen, dining room, great room (living+media+bar) with 2 full baths and 2 half baths. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available to our guests.
