Fantastic Stay on Balboa Island
In every aspect, this was a great stay. To host John's consideration toward us, to the beautiful home in a perfect location, it was ideal. The home is very well kept, literally steps away from the ferry and just a short stroll to the main street of Balboa Island. If you haven't been to Balboa Island, it really is an idyllic little place that should be savored. Thank you John for a great stay...much appreciated. 5 plus stars all the way!”
Great Location, Fabulous Home
This beautifully decorated and well maintained home was a joy to live in. The great room with living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen made our stay so easy. The top level is an outdoor deck with dining area and sitting area to enjoy the spectacular views. From here we enjoyed the annual Christmas Festival of Lights boat parade down the waterways and boardwalk located only half a block away. We would definitely love to return to his wonderful gem.”
