Description

Naples is one of the wealthiest cities in the United States. This sophisticated, cultured city is a popular tourist destination located on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. The famous landmark of the town is the historic Naples Pier, a great fishing destination where visitors can sometimes spot playful dolphins. With its mild climate and calm seas, Naples is also known for its spectacular nature and great restaurants and shops.

This lovely 2600 sq ft house in East Naples has been remodelled recently and inspired by Jullian's Interiors of Marco Island.
The house living area is cleverly designed with open plan accommodation for up to six people.

It boasts marble effect stained concrete flooring, low-level lighting, four newly installed skylights in 9ft tunnels with accent lighting, and a custom-built, hand-painted shaker style kitchen imported from UK cabinet makers' Yorkvale kitchens' with designer Pompeii quartz countertops.
The property features a new high-end stainless steel kitchen and appliances—an enormous 500 sq ft main bedroom suite with Robb and Stucky furnishings and a walk-in closet.
There is a remodelled bathroom, shower and toilet, large second bedroom with two single beds. The large windows allow plenty of natural light in, bringing a cosy and pleasant atmosphere into this beautiful home.

Outside area accessed from the living area is a newly laid 650 sq ft travertine tiled patio with an outdoor bbq, quality patio furnishings and great views over the backyard and garden. Viewed through a small path at the bottom of the yard are private woodlands for the sole use of "The Woodlands" residents, with a gorgeous, secluded, private heated swimming pool.
