Upon arrival, you will be pleased by the curb appeal and friendly neighborhood with private HOA features, including a pool, lake, tennis, movie night, and more. Some HOA features are seasonal. The home offers 9 televisions, a turn table with a built-in sound system in the main living area, Alexa’s in each room, and high-end furnishings throughout.

The kitchen is gourmet with Viking appliances, a seating area with a TV, and patio access. A Sun Room off of the kitchen area offers a 16-seat table and 2 Sliders that lead to the exterior. The cozy family room is spacious with luxurious Restoration Hardware leather seating, a fireplace, and a large TV. Off the living room is a smaller media room with a huge TV, comfortable Pottery Barn and West Elm furnishings, and patio access.

Double doors off the lounge area lead to a beautiful and bold office complete with three dedicated work spaces and a chaise lounge. There is another exciting place to gather with a TV, bar, ice maker, foosball, a mini fridge, and games off the patio that can make a great indoor/outdoor living space. Slide open the doors and step out onto the incredible patio with a grill, hot tub, ping pong table, and lounge seating.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the five comfortable bedrooms. The first two guest rooms feature king beds, while the third guest room has a queen, and the fourth has two double beds. The fifth bedroom is secluded and charming in the stand-alone bungalow.
