Private luxury chalet

Ernst and Christine were fabulous hosts and our stay was perfect! The chalet was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. Each person had a room and only one didn’t have an attached bath but the teenager didn’t care! We loved the hot tub and the big screen for watching movies. Great location for visiting Salzburg and skiing!! The bonus was we were late getting there and sweet Ernst and Christine had dinner waiting on us! Too kind and totally unexpected but much appreciated! House was very clean and well equipped and had everything we needed! Made our December in Germany a vacation to remember for years to come. ”

Beautifully renovated house in the ideal location to visit many sites in Germany and Austria

Three of us stayed at this beautifully renovated house. Host was very welcoming of us from pre- and during our stay, constantly check to make sure that we are happy with our stay. House was very comfortable, clean, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and very functional. 7 nights went so quick, and we wish we could stay for 2 weeks. There are plenty of things to do and places to visit. We arrived in Munich, got to see the city before we headed down, also visited beautiful Austrian and German cities and villages such as Salzburg, Hallstatt, driving through High Alpine Road to Zell am See, Konigssee, Eagles Nest, Zugspitz, Neuschwanstein Castle and more. Food, desserts and drinks at all the restaurants and cafes are very tasty and good. We hope to return to this house one day to finish up all the places we could not visit during the stay. You will not be disappointed with your stay.”

Siegsdorf, Germany is a great homebase in Bavaria

Perfectly authentic Bavarian experience. Views of the German/Austrian Alps from an outside deck or from the splash pool area; 30 minutes from Salzburg via the autobahn. Nice architecture since it is a historic farm structure made modern, with tons of space; well-equipped (plenty of kitchenware, appliances, etc.); very comfortable. The experience was made complete by hospitable hosts that made everything super-easy. We already wish we were back!”
