In Frantoio 5, guests will experience the magical atmosphere of an old "Frantoio" where, in the past, olive oil was produced. Frantoio 5 is a historical building redefined and renovated into a modern vacation home on two levels.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, access to a joint laundry room, a living room and a kitchen. Guests will relax and chill out outside the private garden with patio while degusting exquisite local wine from Tenimenti D'Alessandro, or they can sunbathe around the shared gardens and swimming pool. Parking immediately next to the residences.

Relaxing week in Toscana

Quite a lovely area, great location, spa and gym were clean and well-equipped. Great view from the pool. Apartment a bit small but has everything one may need. The whole property is sprawling though so lots of space to walk around. Concierge (Amy) is very helpful. Can hear cars from a nearby busy road at night but windows can be closed and really not a bother except for light sleepers. Even when other apartments were not occupied when we were there, area felt safe with electronic entry gates. Maybe an option for a cleaner can be offered. We didn't need one but maybe for longer stays. ”

Truly lovely authentic Central Italy Experience

The Resort Borgo is an amazing property, located not in a big city, but instead in the quiet hillside. The accommodations were stellar, but truly it was the Property Manager who made our experience extra special! Thank you for participating in Third Home and providing this authentic experience. We prepared meals in house, and dined alfresco among the olive trees. Would be honored to return! ”

Great Location to Explore!

We were very comfortable in this two bedroom apartment. The location is brilliant to explore the Tuscany and Umbria region. There is someone dedicated via WhatsApp to answer all your questions and help you book restaurants which makes things less stressful! There is no restaurant onsite so be prepared to eat out or buy groceries and use the kitchen. These are more like managed apartments and not a hotel. If you would like to use the spa you must reserve by 5pm the day before. There is a 35euro/day fee to cover access to the spa, gym as well as taxes. This property seems to be new to ThirdHome however they are very keen to sell their inventory when you arrive, so be prepared for a sales pitch that you didn't ask for :) Overall we enjoyed our stay, found communication exceptional and the location to explore the area was great.”
