About Those Views…
The cabin looks right out into an aspen grove with views for over 100 miles. This is your opportunity to explore, pick flowers and get in touch with nature. With thousands of aspen trees surrounding you, you'll feel nestled in and wooed by the sound of the nearby stream you can walk to. Look for the snow-covered tips of Baxter, Sugarloaf and Triangle mountain, and plan your climb up Turret Peak!
The property is bordered by White River National Forest and 6 miles from Sweetwater Lake with fishing and paddle boarding. Out the back door, you have untouched access to the Flattops, where you will find one of the few places on earth where you can be truly alone in nature. Just a mile away, join the Coburn and Harold trailheads: two moderate hikes with amazing views. Sitting at 9,200 ft, you will need a 4WD and winter driving experience in the winter due to snow-packed roads.
