The top/fourth level features one of the most fantastic master bedrooms available. Encompassing the entire deck, the bed looks out to the ocean, an en-suite bathtub you’ll never want to get out of and a lounge area with its balcony where you can enjoy the view to yourself over a quiet glass of wine.

The main entrance to the property is on the third floor, where you will find the open-plan living area, dining and kitchen, and a balcony stretching across the entire level. Cooking is a delight looking out over Palm Beach while your morning coffee will never be the same again after you’ve enjoyed it on the balcony table gazing out to the magnificent view.

The second level is the remaining three bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the other two sharing a luxurious bathroom. This level also boasts a lounge area with an 85-inch TV and surround-sound cinema speakers.

The first level is where you will find an entertaining area leading out to a spectacular deck which overlooks a pool that looks out across the ocean. A kitchenette services this floor, so guests don’t have to climb the stairs when having one of those long lazy days by the pool.
