As always, NOBU delivers 1st class accommodation and a very serine environment. However, the resort is showing signs of aging. Specifically we experienced issues with water pressure in our unit, likely due to calcium build up. Aside from that we had a delightful stay.”

We stayed at this lovely property on the oceanfront facing the quiet Pacfic Coast outside of Los Cabos. It is quite a distance from the main town and it costs quite a bit of money to take a taxi to San Jose del Cabo (where the airport is) and Cabo San Lucas (less far and less money). The property is in excellent condition and the room was huge and beautiful, but we did not have much of a view. Everything is very expensive but very good, including the onsite restaurants and spa. We were given some lovely treats by the staff because we were celebrating a birthday. I would recomment this place to anyone, as long as they are prepared to spend quite a bit to eat and drink.”

October 2025FOOD GOOD, PLACE WAS CLEAN, NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT JUST FINE
The sales effort by the time share guys was a total joke - big pitch and some pressure for a really horrible financial proposition. Another big issue was - there were two different large groups at the hotel - a wedding at the start and a corporate group (250 folks from LinkedIn) - who garnered exclusive use of various restaurants at night and the main pool during the day(WTF). The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Regarding the room - it had no ocean view - which is bizarre for a hotel on the ocean - it looked at the side of a hill near a golf course. Not prime high-end stuff - and the coffee maker in the room was fancy but broke every other day and someone had to come to the room and fix it - not ideal at 7am when you really want that caffeine fix. I would stay again but my expectations would be lower. Food at the Nobu restaurant was great - btw.”

October 2025Spectacular
We came down to Nobu for my birthday with our 4 year old child and we couldn't of been more happy. The grounds to the rooms to the customer service and food were all 5 stars. We would definitely go again. ”

September 20251 bedroom HIkari, NOBU residence
Lovely property, feels secluded, quiet, great pools and the infinity pool for dreamy sunsets was the highlight of our week. NOBU is adjacent to Diamante, and they extend golf priveleges to guests staying at NOBU. The restaurants were superb and the presentations were worthy of a few photos! The 1 bedroom Hikari unit was large, spacious and very well appointed. Water was replenished daily and freshly ground coffee and signature teas were always stocked and available for use in our kitchenette. There are 2 and 3 bedroom very large units as well, some with their own private pool and hot tub. If you are desiring an upscale, chill week, dont hesitate to book these beautiful third home stays. This is a lovely, Virtuoso property. NO complaints.”

June 2025Nobu service was exceptional
Nobu service was exceptional. It was windy being on the pacific side for three days. Pools were wonderful. 5-star restaurants on site were expensive. Bed was very comfortable and the room luxurious.”

May 2025Wonderful Stay
Our room at the Residences was great and we enjoyed the entire Nobu property and especially the food! We would come back just for the food! We loved the Muna Restaurant, which is directly above the residences. It has a great ambiance and bar scene with firepits to cozy up to. The only slight dissappointment was the Windy weather. It could of been the time of year (May), or the location, but the wind was super strong the entire week. We barely went on the beach because of it. Overall, a great stay and we would go back!”

March 2025Equally Fantastic Stay the Second Time Around!
Sheer luxury! You never have to leave the resort since there are so many great restaurants. If you do leave, you do have to take a taxi (Uber is not an option leaving the resort). The fee is $44.00 for a taxi but, you can take an Uber on your return trip. The workout facilities (there are two gyms), the pools, (there are three), the two pickleball courts, and the kid's club are all wonderful. Make sure you make reservations for the adult's only infinity pool located right off the beach. We saw a lot of whale activity right in front of us! We found the restaurants at Nobu to be in line cost wise with all of the nicer restaurants in Cabo. We rented a car one day and went to Todos Santos which is one hour away. Stefano, our butler arranged for a car rental and recommended some great spots to enjoy. We ate at the Green Room in Todos Santos and while it is bit bit beyond the city limits of Todos Santos, it was well worth it. A great experience unlike anything we have ever seen. All experiences five star +!!!”

March 2025Luxurious Upscale Stay
This resort is fairly new so all amenities throughout the resort are pristine. Housekeeping services the room twice daily (in the morning and turn down service at night). There are eight restaurants on site and all serve amazing delicious food. You can't come here without a visit to Nobu Restaurant, their signature restaurant. When you check-in, the hotel assigns you a butler who literally takes care of everything you need at the hotel from making reservations, scheduling housekeeping, arranging for a rental car. Our butler was Stefano who was the best butler you could ask for. Always gracious, so very competent, and someone who simply went out of his way at every step of the way. ”

February 2025Gorgeous Room and Resort
Everything about this resort is top notch. It’s absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing, food delicious, wasn’t crowded. The only downsides were that our room was looking straight at the golfers (like they were feet away and could see straight into our room). The residences are somewhat separate from the resort, so they are land facing instead of ocean facing. Still beautiful views. Also, you can’t get Ubers from the resort at all. You must use their taxi service. ”

February 2025Gorgeous resort!
This was our first time staying at the Nobu. The resort is very beautiful. The staff is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and walks on the beach. The M Bar is just perfect to watch the sunset and whale action. The residences do not have ocean views, we definitely missed that and it is a bit pricey so we did not eat many meals here. ”

January 2025Luxurious and Relaxing vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at the Nobu Residences. The room was very well designed with Japanese aesthetics well executed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The resort had several pools to enjoy with a very attentive and gracious team to ensure guests have everything they need during the day. We also enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach in front of the resort for long beach walks--complete with daily whale sightings! The restaurants at the resort are well designed and all the food we had was delicious albeit a bit pricey. For those who do not wish to eat out every meal, the suite had a complete kitchen with all cookware and utensils. Guests can even ask the resort to buy groceries before arrival. We recommend hiring a rental car so you can explore some other parts of the region. We look forward to visiting again in the future!”

December 2024Everything was perfection!
Beautiful resort in Cabo - the rooms, amenities, pools, everything. What made this resort stand out was its food options and our incredible butler, Stephano. Every single meal we ate there was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again. If I have to give one note of caution (which could be great depending on your plans), is that the resort is actually quite far from downtown. I didn't realize how far when we booked it. For folks who want to sit and chill at the resort, this is not an issue. But if you have plans elsewhere in Cabo, know it will take a while to get there. ”

March 2024Amazing Stay!
On our first visit to the breathtaking Nobu Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, we found ourselves enveloped in its luxurious embrace, a sanctuary that combines sleek modernity with the serene beauty of the Mexican coast. However, this time around, our experience came with a pinch of salt—quite literally. The food prices at Nobu, while reflective of its high-end dining experience, bordered on the extraordinary. A dinner for two could easily be a lavish affair, demanding a budget that might take some by surprise. But it's important to note that this phenomenon isn't isolated to Nobu alone. Our recent ventures into local markets like Chederai revealed an astonishing reality; the economic tides have shifted so drastically that we found ourselves paying $8 USD for something as basic as salt and pepper. It's clear the dollar doesn't stretch as far as it used to in Mexico, making every indulgence, no matter how small, a luxury. Despite these financial surprises, Nobu Hotel does offer a silver lining— an introduction to their timeshare service. While optional, it's an opportunity for guests to weave themselves more permanently into the fabric of this paradise, a notion that's certainly tempting for those of us who've fallen in love with Cabo's charms. For those planning a stay, it's wise to budget generously for dining and drinking—around $750 per day for two should cover the sumptuous culinary journey Nobu is known for. While the sticker shock might be real, the unparalleled experience, from the awe-inspiring views to the impeccable service, ensures every dollar spent at Nobu feels worth it. In conclusion, our third visit to Nobu Hotel was a testament to the complex beauty of luxury travel today—where the costs might climb, but the experiences remain priceless. Whether it's your first time or your third, Nobu Cabo San Lucas continues to be a destination that captivates, challenges, and charms in equal measure.”

wonderful room and exceptional service. Prices are on the ridiculous side-especially spa services. Happy to have stayed Four nights. The food was good quality and beautifully presented but also crazy price. ”

March 2024Beautiful resort, great accommodations and space
Pros: - -Well-designed appointed resort and rooms - 1 bedroom is not a true 1 bedroom, it’s more a studio suite. The bedroom and living area are not separate. -Good service, but not amazing. Had better service at other Cabo resorts -Isolated and secure property. The food is very good, as expected, but very pricey, just as other resorts in Cabo. - Pools, gym and grounds are great. Did not try out the spa. - I would definitely return to this resort Cons: -Timeshare sales pitch before we even got our keys to the room. This started our stay off wrong and pry would have given 4 stars but they didn't bother us much after I firmly told them I wasn't interested. Pry would have done the tour if didn't corner me before check-in and traveling all day. - Isolated, great for security, but farther from town. - Food is offensive expensive, this is not unique to Nobu so not a true negative on the hotel, Cabo is just $$$.”

February 2024Incredible Stay
I loved the Nobu Residences in Cabo. The resort is very nice and the service is spectacular. Everything is fairly expensive(I would plan on spending $750/day per couple), but the quality of the food was what you would expect from a Nobu resort. Cabo is expensive in general and I would say they are only about 25% higher than the other resorts we have stayed at, so I would not let this hinder your decision on staying here.”

February 2024The best by far in Cabo!
Have stayed at many THIRDHOME's In Cabo! This however is the best thus far! Every detail is thought of! The rooms are beautiful the service excellent and the Food is 5 star!
