Lovely accommodations although more like a studio than a one bedroom.”

March 2024Amazing Stay!
On our first visit to the breathtaking Nobu Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, we found ourselves enveloped in its luxurious embrace, a sanctuary that combines sleek modernity with the serene beauty of the Mexican coast. However, this time around, our experience came with a pinch of salt—quite literally. The food prices at Nobu, while reflective of its high-end dining experience, bordered on the extraordinary. A dinner for two could easily be a lavish affair, demanding a budget that might take some by surprise. But it's important to note that this phenomenon isn't isolated to Nobu alone. Our recent ventures into local markets like Chederai revealed an astonishing reality; the economic tides have shifted so drastically that we found ourselves paying $8 USD for something as basic as salt and pepper. It's clear the dollar doesn't stretch as far as it used to in Mexico, making every indulgence, no matter how small, a luxury. Despite these financial surprises, Nobu Hotel does offer a silver lining— an introduction to their timeshare service. While optional, it's an opportunity for guests to weave themselves more permanently into the fabric of this paradise, a notion that's certainly tempting for those of us who've fallen in love with Cabo's charms. For those planning a stay, it's wise to budget generously for dining and drinking—around $750 per day for two should cover the sumptuous culinary journey Nobu is known for. While the sticker shock might be real, the unparalleled experience, from the awe-inspiring views to the impeccable service, ensures every dollar spent at Nobu feels worth it. In conclusion, our third visit to Nobu Hotel was a testament to the complex beauty of luxury travel today—where the costs might climb, but the experiences remain priceless. Whether it's your first time or your third, Nobu Cabo San Lucas continues to be a destination that captivates, challenges, and charms in equal measure.”

wonderful room and exceptional service. Prices are on the ridiculous side-especially spa services. Happy to have stayed Four nights. The food was good quality and beautifully presented but also crazy price. ”
