October 2025October 2025
We stayed at this lovely property on the oceanfront facing the quiet Pacfic Coast outside of Los Cabos. It is quite a distance from the main town and it costs quite a bit of money to take a taxi to San Jose del Cabo (where the airport is) and Cabo San Lucas (less far and less money). The property is in excellent condition and the room was huge and beautiful, but we did not have much of a view. Everything is very expensive but very good, including the onsite restaurants and spa. We were given some lovely treats by the staff because we were celebrating a birthday. I would recomment this place to anyone, as long as they are prepared to spend quite a bit to eat and drink.”

October 2025FOOD GOOD, PLACE WAS CLEAN, NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT JUST FINE
The sales effort by the time share guys was a total joke - big pitch and some pressure for a really horrible financial proposition. Another big issue was - there were two different large groups at the hotel - a wedding at the start and a corporate group (250 folks from LinkedIn) - who garnered exclusive use of various restaurants at night and the main pool during the day(WTF). The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Regarding the room - it had no ocean view - which is bizarre for a hotel on the ocean - it looked at the side of a hill near a golf course. Not prime high-end stuff - and the coffee maker in the room was fancy but broke every other day and someone had to come to the room and fix it - not ideal at 7am when you really want that caffeine fix. I would stay again but my expectations would be lower. Food at the Nobu restaurant was great - btw.”
