This enchanting and unique property is located in the growing tourism area of Quindío, Colombia with four acres of land that includes a resort-style pool & spa, a well-lit soccer field with a running track, a main house, and two cabanas. The property also includes lush gardens, a flower farm with 60-70 fruit trees, beautiful fountains, an Argentinian-style BBQ area, and Gazebo with a wood-burning stove.

The main house features three bedrooms with AC, while the cabanas/ cottages do not have AC. The weather averages in the mid-70s, so staying cool should not be a problem as the town is 5k feet above sea level. The living spaces are open, airy, and cool, with tile floors and traditional furnishings. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a large round dining table inside with a lazy susan and seating for 12. Plenty of additional dining areas are located outside under the covered patios.

The bedrooms are spacious in the main house and include two queen bedrooms and one bunk room. The first cottage has two bedrooms (one bunk room and one 2x twin room) and one bathroom, while the second cottage has one 2x twin bedroom and one bathroom. Both cottages do not have a kitchenette like the main house.
