With almost 5,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor livable space, including a gorgeous pool overlooking a view of the Bay and its surrounding islands, you and your crew are sure to have the vacation of a lifetime. The enclosed living space are air conditioned throughout (roughly 3,000 sq ft).

When you are ready to explore the area, walk down the hill to the colorful streets of Cruz Bay, lined with restaurants, bars, and shops. This unique location allows you the best of both worlds; entertainment & excitement and peace & privacy. The ferry is only 0.4 miles from the house, which makes it easy to get to nearby islands, including the loved Saint Thomas, where the nearest airport is situated.

Upon entry, you will be impressed by the professionally decorated interior with just over 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space.

The front entrance opens onto the top floor, consisting of a half bath, a great room with a seating area and a large dining table, and an open kitchen with bar stool seating along the island countertop.

The seating area is perfect for large families or groups of friends with a 65" Samsung 4K HD TV with HD YouTube TV/DVR service, a 4K Blu-ray DVD player, and a multi-point seamless Wi-Fi system.

The top-floor living spaces are cooled by air conditioning that you control, or you can open either of the glass sliding doors that span 35 feet and form two adjoining sides of the great room and allow the tropical breezes to pass through.

Beyond the sliding doors is a large, open, but fully covered veranda with additional seating and a dining area with a full summer kitchen (Coyote gas grill, refrigerator, ice maker, and sink). The patio offers the best spot to spend time reading a book or enjoying breakfast while listening to your choice of music via the indoor-outdoor Bluetooth 4-zone speaker system.

The large cantilever patio adjoining the pool overlooks the Pillsbury Sound. Two private primary bedrooms border the patio, each with a king-sized bed (Sleep Number mattress) and an en suite bathroom.

A stairwell off the veranda leads to the lower-level hallway with a lockable barn door at the foot of the stairs. This hallway provides access to the three lower-level bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The suites are furnished with king-sized beds and have exterior sliding doors providing a view of tropical landscaping, while one interior bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin-over-double bunk beds. Split-wall unit air conditioners permit dehumidified, cooled air comfort within all five bedrooms.

Notes for parents traveling with young children:
Please be aware that each of the three downstairs bedrooms offers an independent entrance to the shared hallway with doors that can be locked from the inside and outside, while the two upstairs bedrooms each have lockable sliding doors that open onto the pool deck. Also, there is no barrier between the pool, the lanai, and the deck.

There is a security camera system around the house's perimeter that you can turn on at any time to view the security feed. (Cameras do not film the house's interior or the lanai, deck, and pool areas.)

A small separate cottage on the property next door shares the privacy gate. It is about 200' from the house and rents separately. This cottage has an outside hot/cold shower, an outdoor kitchenette, a King bed with AC, and a toilet. For an additional fee, this can be added to your stay to permit a total of 14 guests.

The home is also equipped with a Tesla-powered battery back-up system, so you will never be without power in the event of a power outage.
