July 2023Incredible Estate, Perfect Pool
Shannon and Brad just completed this beautiful estate in the hills of Montecito, overlooking Santa Barbara. The comfortable but very modern home worked perfectly for us. We spent every evening in the heated pool and hot tub. We sat around talking, hanging our shoulders off the edge, and listening to music. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are the best. We had a great dinner at Ama at the Rosewood Resort, one breakfast at Jeanies, a must-go, and Lucky's was lovely for a steak dinner in Montecito. We walked all the shops on State Road but found the best boutique shopping in Montecito. You will need a car! If you are out enjoying cocktails in town, uber in and out. Shannon was friendly and very easy to communicate with. We hope to come again! Sarah Caledonia-Nicol”
