Villa La Tryade is situated between the two villages of Grimaud and Plan-de-la-Tour, in the southeast of France, 8 miles from the most famous St Tropez and 47 miles from Cannes. There are plenty of places to see and visit. Whether you love wining and dining, swimming, sunbathing, playing tennis, golfing, boating, hiking, cycling etc La Tryade is an ideal destination. The region has many hidden gems that await your exploration.

La Tryade is an excellent hilltop villa with a private pool, tennis court and stunning views overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez – A truly idyllic location, being both secluded & peaceful with great scenic walks & under 4 miles to the sea.

Perched on Mount St. Pierre in the French National Forest, the villa overlooks the Gulf of Saint Tropez and benefits from 360-degree panoramic views that take your breath away! It is equipped to a very high standard, with a newly fitted kitchen and breakfast room opening onto a charming inner courtyard with a feature fountain and two beautiful stained glass windows.

La Tryade benefits from a generous principal reception room with a large open fire, comfortable seating, TV with Freeview channels and DVD player with French doors opening onto the main terrace, with magnificent sea views! The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped and offers lots of cupboard space, a double Belfast sink, dishwasher, extractor fan, two 70/30 split fridge freezers and a breakfast room that comfortably seats eight people.

The spacious primary bedroom has two pairs of French doors which lead out onto the garden/terrace, a large en suite bathroom with an adjacent dressing area with iron and board and lots of hanging and drawer space for clothes. There is also an additional toilet with a washbasin. At the opposite end of the villa the family suite provides a perfect space for those travelling with children and comprises two interconnecting bedrooms (with a super king and queen bed) that share an en suite bathroom. (A child’s cot is also available if required).
There are two further en suite bedrooms - one located overlooking the terrace and the other the fountain courtyard.
