September 2025Great home, great location
We stayed 2 weeks in mid-September. A perfect escape to the beach, good weather, less crowded time. The 2-level home (floors 2 & 3) is just 1.5 blocks to the north-end of the city’s boardwalk. We look forward to another stay here in the future!”

Location, location, location! One block from the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ this is the perfect beach home for a great family vacation! You are in walking distance to everything that Ocean City has to offer and yet just far enough away from the crowds (although a little to close to Brown's famous donuts - don't miss them), Owner was great - very helpful and informative. And the condo has 4 decks to enjoy an early morning coffee or a late night cocktail. Highly recommend for a family summer vacation getaway!”

I am a Jersey girl who has lived in the south for the last 40 years but I never miss an opportunity to go to Ocean City. It is a town like few others, very quaint, yet has a lot to offer. The beach is beautiful and the people are friendly. Eric's home is in a great, very walkable location with lots of space and well appointed. I cannot wait to return! ”
